PROGRAM OVERVIEW

So the faculty is amazing. I mean, you're here at MIT and you get what you expect. I mean, it's top of the crop. It's like all the experts in their field. It's fun to listen to even topics you never thought about before. I think, quite frankly, the in person part is the best part. I think this is where you get to meet, get to talk to people, you get to talk to professors directly, ask questions. The other thing I think really stands out is just the ability to network with people. There's one thing to learn from professors and that's great, but there are so many people in the room who teach you things, who have different experiences than you do, that you can learn a lot from. The first week when you come in person, feel kind of surrounded by many people that are brilliant. Everyone is brilliant in this program. Don't feel intimidated. Go and connect with everyone. You have certainly a lot to give to others. Enjoy the journey, be opened, it's a safe space to talk, to share, to be humble. I also was looking for a program which was an extended program and a hybrid which would be an amalgamation of in person sessions as well as I wouldn't have to stop my work or you could accommodate according to my schedule. Well. This program has been instrumental in removing all of the doubts that I had about how I should move forward with the development of my organization. Without it and the tools that MIT provided, I don't know that I would be in the same position that I am in right now. I feel one hundred percent fulfilled with everything that I set out to achieve. And from here on out, I know that the sky's the limit and let's just say beyond. Well this program is absolutely worth every single dollar, every single minute of your time. We know we don't have time but this is worth it. If I have an advice to give to anyone, take the time to think, you deserve it, give it as a gift to yourself. This has really impacted my life and I recommend this to any of you that are thinking about going through this experience. It's unbelievable.

Over the last few years TLP has emerged as the program of choice for senior technology leaders and experienced practitioners with global roles and aspirations.
