Dr. David Niño is a Senior Lecturer in the Daniel J. Riccio Graduate Engineering Leadership Program at MIT, where he leads the design and delivery of leadership education for engineers, scientists, and technology professionals. Since joining MIT, he has grown the program into a portfolio of highly regarded courses and workshops serving hundreds of participants each year. He is a recognized voice in engineering leadership development, has held national leadership roles in the field, and consults with organizations on leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
