Open House: Roadmapping Success for Women's Leadership
You know where you want to go. What is your plan to get there?
Most ambitious women professionals do not lack drive or talent. What they often lack is a structured way to turn ambition into action, and an honest understanding of what is actually standing in the way.
Roadmapping Success for Women's Leadership is a three-day program at MIT for women who are ready to make a significant career move and want the training, strategies, and tailored resources to make it happen. Led by MIT Professor Anna Frebel, the curriculum is centered on a leadership of self model, a deeply personal approach that starts with looking inward and builds outward from there.
This is not a lecture series. It is a working session where you leave with a concrete action plan you can use right away.
At the open house, you will:
- Meet Professor Anna Frebel and hear how she approaches this work
- Get a real look at what the three days at MIT involve, from personal exercises to group discussions
- Understand how the leadership of self model applies to your specific career situation
- See whether the timing and format are right for where you are right now
- Ask questions live during our Q&A
The course runs June 8-10, 2026, on campus at MIT in Cambridge. Spots are limited and the course tends to fill. The open house is your chance to ask everything before you commit.
