Is your organization ready for what comes next?

Cyberattacks. Supply chain failures. Natural disasters. Workplace violence. Every organization faces them eventually. What separates the ones that recover quickly from the ones that do not usually comes down to preparation, and whether the right people knew what to do before anything went wrong.

That is what MIT's Crisis Management and Business Resiliency course is built around.

Over five days on campus in Cambridge, Steve Goldman, Dick Larson, and Sandra Galletti bring together some of the most experienced crisis practitioners in the country. You will hear from FBI special agents, FEMA officials, cybersecurity experts, supply chain leaders, and news media veterans. You will spend a full day at FEMA's Regional Response Coordination Center. And you will end the week running a live, multi-incident crisis simulation where you take an active role managing an unfolding emergency, including a realistic news media briefing where you are on the other side of the microphone. The course runs July 13-17, 2026, on campus at MIT in Cambridge.
